Proven and Promising Schools

Great MN Schools has identified a group of Proven and Promising schools that are prioritized for access to funding, expert guidance and technical assistance.  These schools have either outperformed the district average on MCA proficiency 2 of 3 years, achieved greater than expected growth 2 of 3 years, or have gone through an evaluation process with Great MN Schools to validate that they are on the right track toward closing the opportunity gap.  The list is also limited to schools that serve a population that is greater than 40% FRL.

If you do not see your school on this list, but would like to access GMS resources, and believe you can show evidence of your progress through measures other than the MCA, please email and we can discuss with you a process for inclusion.
