Aarica L. Coleman serves as the President and CEO of Land Bank Twin Cities, Inc., a social impact real estate nonprofit specializing in land banking, lending, and community development in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. In this role, she drives strategic efforts to revitalize neighborhoods, leverage real estate as a tool for racial and economic justice, and strengthen the broader ecosystem through investment that drives lasting impact.

Aarica is a visionary leader in real estate, economic development, and affordable housing, committed to creating a more equitable and inclusive sector. With deep expertise in housing policy, finance, and land use, Coleman has led transformative initiatives that increase homeownership, stabilize communities, and address systemic barriers in real estate. She has held leadership roles across public and private sectors, designing and implementing innovative housing programs, securing multimillion-dollar investments, and building partnerships that create a stronger, more resilient marketplace.

As a licensed real estate broker and certified Housing Development Finance Professional, Coleman is a recognized thought leader in social impact real estate, frequently speaking on the intersection of equitable development, housing finance, and racial justice in land use and investment. She serves on the boards of the Minneapolis Area Realtors®, Minnesota Homeownership Center, and the Family Housing Fund and additionally advises organizations and funders focused on public investment and racial equity.
