School Improvement
We identify leadership teams with the foundational conditions to become great and place a concentrated bet, investing deeply in their leadership, instructional program, and operations until high quality is self-sustaining.
Leadership Pipeline
The single biggest constraint on creating great schools in Minneapolis is the supply of great leaders. Our Leadership Fellows program builds that supply intentionally by developing highly skilled leaders in competencies that strengthen instructional quality.
Expansion
When a leader and model have proven themselves, the strategic move is to expand their reach. We invest in the conditions required to extend a proven model to more students without diluting what makes it great.
Thrive Schools
Addresses the challenges of the single site charter model by providing schools with on-the-ground support and collaboration around aligned systems and structures including; professional development, instructional coaching, data analysis, student recruitment, and attendance.
