Carrie Roby is a seasoned education leader with over 20 years of experience. Carrie earned a B.A. from Harvard University in psychology and a M.S. in Education from Pace University and began her career as a second grade teacher in New York City.

As a founding principal at Success Academy Upper West, she led the school to top rankings in math and ELA. At Hiawatha Academies, Carrie spearheaded initiatives to improve student achievement, focusing on close reading and implementing a rigorous K-8 literacy curriculum. As a certified LETRS trainer and CGI math consultant, she empowered educators nationwide with evidence-based practices.

Carrie most recently coached leadership teams to enhance student learning and drive growth. With her background in school and network leadership, Carrie Roby brings a hands-on, results-oriented approach to driving educational excellence and ensuring continual growth and improvement in service of all students.
