Chris Taylor is the Vice President of People Experience and Engagement at Fairview Health Services, where he leads efforts to strengthen workplace culture by advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. He is committed to identifying inequities embedded in complex systems and designing interventions for change, aligning equity with both people and organizational systems to foster belonging, wellbeing, and growth.
Previously, Chris served at the Minnesota Historical Society for nearly 14 years, beginning as Diversity Outreach Manager and later shaping programs such as the undergraduate museum fellowship initiative and the Heritage Studies and Public History program in partnership with the University of Minnesota. He also works as an independent nonprofit consultant, focusing on strategic planning, intercultural competency, and inclusive leadership development.
