Jacob brings a unique blend of operational expertise and educational passion to his role as Senior Manager of Finance and Operations at Great MN Schools. He spent 13 years in the restaurant industry, including five years as an owner-operator managing all aspects of a $9 million business. Jacob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a Kindergarten endorsement from the University of North Dakota, and saw this role as a natural fit — combining his finance and operations background with his passion for improving outcomes for kids.
