Maggie McCracken has over 20 years of experience across the for-profit and nonprofit sectors and is passionate about connecting people and resources to support meaningful change. She currently serves as Senior Director of Engagement at the Minneapolis Foundation, where she creates opportunities for individuals and families to explore their values, deepen their understanding of community issues, and discover ways to direct even more resources into community.

A first-generation college graduate with a journalism degree from Indiana University, Maggie has built her career around connection — helping people, ideas, and resources come together to fuel potential.
