Minn Wang is the Senior Global Impact Initiatives Manager on the General Mills Global Impact Team where he leads global impact strategy to strengthen our hometown communities globally as well as alleviating hunger by expanding food access for families across the world.  Minn is also responsible for philanthropic employee engagement initiatives that help enable our employees to be a Force for Good in their respective communities.  In this role, Minn develops and executes strategies, programs, and partnerships that help to maximize General Mills’ positive impact on communities around the globe. 

In addition to his role with General Mills, Minn is also active in the Twin Cities community serving as a Human Rights Commissioner for the City of Brooklyn Park as well as a board member of the Corporate Volunteer Council-Twin Cities.

Minn earned his MBA (Business Management) from the University of St. Thomas and BS Degree in International Business from St. Cloud State University.
