Whitney-Lehr Koening is the President and Publisher of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal (MSPBJ), where her team delivers the essential news and intelligence that empower professionals to grow their businesses, advance their careers, and simplify their work lives. Since joining MSPBJ in 2018, she has been instrumental in driving growth and building strong, lasting relationships. 

Whitney-Lehr holds an MBA Essentials Certificate from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Education from Sewanee: The University of the South. She is passionate about connecting people with the insights and tools they need to thrive in business and beyond. Actively involved in the community, she serves on the board of BestPrep and volunteers with the Junior League of Minneapolis and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. 

Whitney-Lehr lives in Orono with her husband, their two daughters, and a menagerie of pets, including dogs, a bunny, a duck, and numerous chickens that keep life interesting and eggs plentiful. Her leadership and dedication have earned her numerous accolades, including the Twin Cities Finest Honoree and the TeamWomen WaveMaker Award: Under 40 Phenom.
