Bjorn Grina-Shay serves as Development Manager and is passionate about serving local communities through education via his experience in nonprofit management. Previously at the MacPhail Center for Music, he managed large donor events and was a project manager. Bjorn’s education background is in music performance, holding degrees from The Johns Hopkins University and the University of Minnesota. Bjorn co-founded the innovative chamber music collective, 10th Wave, which is committed to promoting local and underrepresented composers. Bjorn lives in Spring Lake Park alongside his wife, Weily, two daughters, and cat, Lily.
