Joe has been working in Education for 18 years. During this time, he has created, implemented, and supervised Out-of-School Time programming for institutions such as Minneapolis Park and Recreation, The Boys and Girls Club of the Bemidji Area, and Saint Paul Public Schools.

In 2021,  founded  Loye Coaching LLC, where he served clients as both a Wellness Coach and Virtual Assistant, providing valuable support and assistance.
