Lead. Inspire. Transform Education.

Great schools need great leaders—both inside and outside the classroom. Whether you’re considering running for school board, deepening your civic leadership in education, or serving on a charter school board, there’s a place for you to make a lasting impact.

Our leadership programs are designed to equip passionate individuals with the knowledge, networks, and skills to drive change in education

Get On Board

Get on Board is an intensive leadership development program designed to support individuals as they consider running for school board. This four week program offers a chance to learn what it is like to run for a local race, build connections with like-minded leaders that care about the future of education, and inspire and support leaders who are running for school board.

This program is offered through a collaboration of Great MN Schools, Northside Achievement Zone, Voices for Racial Justice, and Ayada Leads.
