Rosie Lais

Director of Community Resources

An alumna of Minneapolis schools, Rosie has seen firsthand the difference that a great school makes. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a political science degree, she joined the Peace Corps in Panama and served as the national coordinator of the Leadership Development for Global Education program. Interested in learning how public systems can better serve all people, Rosie earned a Master’s in Public Administration from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University. In this role, she operates as a deep listener and collaborative problem solver, blending her strategic and relationship-building skills to ensure every family has the resources and tools they need to navigate the K-12 system for their children. Rosie lives with her family in the Longfellow neighborhood, speaks Spanish fluently and loves to cook.
